"This is a well appointed house in a very good location. It is directly opposite a beautiful small lake and the pool/children's play area. You have beautiful views of the mountains from your lunge and front yard.
It is easy to take short hiking trails from the property, unfortunately the waterfall was dry when we went. The craft brewery and chocolate tasting is about a 10 minute drive from the property. There is a filling station and a small grocery store on the property too. There are also plenty of restaurants close by.
The house itself was spacious and well furnished. The bathrooms were modern and the rooms have comfy beds.
I would definitely go back!"

"This house is a 10 out of 10, the pictures do not do this place justice. Set in a perfect tranquil location of the Drakensberg in the safety of a guarded resort. Perfect for relaxation with views of the mountains and lake. This specific self-catering house is equipped with the best of the best home decor and necessities, the owner spared no expenses in equipping this house and everything we needed was available. We were amazed with the accommodation. I am so impressed that I have been informing everyone I know to visit this place and stay here. We enjoyed out stay so much that we decided that we will book this cottage every year."

"Hannah's place is comfortable, spacious and incredibly well appointed. The house is nestled on a safe and quiet estate with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain vistas. Perfect for relaxing with family or friends.
Several Central Drakensberg hikes (like the Blue Grotto) are easily accessible by short drive, and the Dragons Peak estate also has some beautiful walks in the countryside.
Hannah was very accommodating and extremely responsive to our messages.
I'd definitely visit again and would highly recommend this home to friends and family looking to escape to the Berg"

"My wife and I spent a few days over New Years at 12 Mount Champagne and it was majestic. Incredible, spacious living areas, clean bathrooms, close to the pool, but most of al the best view of the Berg mountains. Such a great rest, their air is different at 12 Mount Champagne. It's a proper relaxing holiday. Thanks so much!"

"The perfect break away!"
"Oh, how we enjoyed our stay at 12 Mount Champagne! The house is perfectly kitted out and situated across from the swimming pool and kids play are which were perfect for our kids. The view of the mountains is unlike anything we've ever seen!"

"It's truly a stunning place and very luxurious with everything you can think of that one would need this unit had to make your stay more pleasant. Then to top it all off, this unit is in a beautiful location with breathtaking views with so much to do in the area that one really needs more time there to experience it all. We will have to stay longer when we go again."

"This very well appointed cottage is in a fantastic part of the Berg attached to the Dragon Peaks resort with all of it's activities available for use. Horse riding, hikes, Scootours, fishing, kayaking and more outside the front door makes for a great family stay.
An awesome family break!"
